I'm sorry we don't cover landscaping but according to our records, it was onceWe didn't charge the customer to run a new line also

We called customer to schedule a time but turned us awayI will have carpenter contact the customer againElectric is installed correctly and passed inspectionI can quote them a price if they want to change the electric

We explained to the customer that on her contract it very clearly states that Better Built is not responsible for any landscaping work

The carpenter was not fired, he was sick from extreme medical conditionsThe electric was completed yesterday 10/11/

Both betterbuilt and the contractor are taking an oh well attitude about the entire incident and are finding ways to make it my responsibility. because:The electrical work was not completed on the the 10/11/16. The electrician arrive this morning, 10/13/16, to complete the work. I have the company email stating that the work will be completed on Thursday 10/13/16.
