I Flat-Rate had contracted a carrier to pick up and deliver my vehicle from Illinois to CaliforniaFrom the beginning, there was several issues with the carrierI notified Flat-Rate that I didn't feel comfortable sending my vehicle through they company contracted, TFI Trans LLC (NOT ON Revdex.com UNFORTUNATELY)They continued to tell me that they had 100% Positive feedback from previous customersTo get to the point, my vehicle was picked up late by a rude drive, and delivered late by a quite friendly driverUnfortunately, my brand new vehicle with miles was damagedA dent in the driver door and not to mention the interior of the car was horribleI have a white interior and there are black marks all over the door and hand prints on the overheadNow I have to get a hold of insurance companies to fix the damage, deal with the mess inside the vehicle and allBRAND NEW FORD FUSION PLATINUMDAMAGEDI am providing negative feedback due to the fact that there was an issue from the start and throughout the entire process it was a nightmareI will rate them a for recommending due to the fact that they did make sure they dealt with the carrier most of the timeI'm so disappointed that my brand new car was damaged with the interior being repulsive

Don't expect them to honor anything close to what you're quoted hereThey called and said it would be almost double to ship as they check to see what the current shipping quotes are and base it off themI would not mind if it was close but almost double...don't waste our time!

This was my firt time shipping a car I was freaking out the reviews and articles on the web are scaryI called 1Flatrate, Julius took his time and explained the whole process to me:how they will post the bid on the board and that he will inform me as soon as he got a company to pick up with in the days time frame I gave to himHe also picked up the phone everytime I called with extra questions (did I not say I was freaking out), he was always very polite and attentive.There was no money upfront or cc requiredOn the day before the pick up Julius called and sent me an email confirmationOn the pickup day MJ 23Transport LLC came they were super polite & informativeWhen I asked when the drop off will be they said tomorrow! I was amazed!! They kept me informed the whole time! My car arrived the next day in TX in perfect condition! I paid them what was agreed with Julius no extra feesOverall im super satisfied not only with 1Flatrate but also with MJ23Transport!

After emails and calls back to back, I emailed with Brenda and decided to lock down a transport with a military rate of $Since letting her know I decided to go with the service I have not heard anything from herI emailed her days ago letting her know I need to know what's needed in order to get this set up and also authorize someone to release my car to themHaven't heard a wordReally disappointed seeing as they bugged me with the frequent calls and emails asking for my businessMakes me very uneasy about moving forward with them seeing as she is not responsive to meI will be seeking service elsewhereI have a large cross country move to plan for and can't be stressing about their lack of customer serviceI will go with someone who wants my business

I made an order on June 26th to have my car shipped from NC to CAI'm in the military and was scheduled to be away from my duty station for one week, starting July 20thDuring the initial phone conversation, I made sure to let the agent, Brenda, know this and that I needed my car before July 20th and she guaranteed that it would not be an issueThe initial exchange with Brenda was pleasant, but I called back a week later, June 6th, to check the status of my car and she was very unprofessional and dismissiveShe informed me that "a driver had been booked and they were working through some things so I need to give them time." Another week passed and I was still not given any updates on the driver or when my car would be picked upI called again on June 12th and was sent to voicemailI left a message, which was not returnedThe next day I called and cancelled the orderThe customer service rep was also very unprofessionalUpon answering the phone, she immediately told me to hold and after returning it seemed she did not even want to speak with me or ask why I was cancelling my orderThe whole exchange between myself and the representative was less than secondsIf I would have known they were this unreliable and that this is how they treat their customers and members of the military, I would not have wasted my timeThanks to their unreliability and unprofessionalism, I have had to come out of pocket on many other transportation expensesI highly recommend finding another company to ship your vehicle
