Services have been rendered for *** ***Sent was made aware that program had strict income guidelines which may affect her qualification status which is why partial payment was made with Mrs ***.in addition Mrs *** has harassed and my company after signing agreement that fully states
harassment constitues for immediate grounds and termination of services*** is relying on inaccurate information from processing and using the inaccurate information to now harass my company although these services have been completedMy fee structure was half payment for processing and balance upon outcome which isn't generally allowed, however we knew outcome was based on ***'s income and verification from MSBMoreso, I'd explained that if application was rejected I'd provide refund , however ***'s complaint of not receiving an application or having being sent is inconsistent with my documentation and outside of the scooped of agreement as well as her harassment and filing of compliants

[redacted] This Client paid our office $1360 to include Payments of Client outstanding citations were 1.      $1449 2.      $99.00 drug education class 3.      $99.00 consultation fee Attached you will find documentation of services provided Totaling $1648, not to include 9 additional billing hour @ a rate of $130.00 which includes harassment from Client over his awaited outcome while our office was resolving his cases. [redacted] then behaved texting a personal cell phone all times of the night and day when told to cease. Eventually we had to threaten to contact authorities and this complaint is in retaliation to his aggressive behavior. I would hope that clear documentation would be sufficient to recognize this false complaint, however if more time is needed to redact client harassment and redact or screen shot his several messages then please let us know. As you are already aware this complaint comes with a very time consuming surprise taking time away from the organizat on and people who value the services and receive success like this client, that do not present an invalid problem. Client has a history of legal and personal issues we feel may have influenced his choices and decision, yet we completed reinstating his license at our expense. [redacted] owes or office $1710 plus the difference already paid $1988. Paragraph 14 of contracts allows for immediate termination of services, although we still processed Catlin's license. Attached will find documentation of services completed for Robert Catlin, there are no refund to do him in fact he owes our company. 1.         Results for cleared citations 2.         Tickets listed previously before services 3.         Drug offender certificates 4.         Agreement for services ( see paragraph 14) 5.         Receipts for payments made to courts 6.         SR 22 Insurance sent to DSP for expedited handling of clients holds which generally takes 14 — 21 business days from receipt of certificate.
