placement of the trifocal divisions were incorrect, the "close-up" part of the prescription was incorrect and Ms. [redacted]'s attitude was insulting, demeaning, and bordering on threatening-I don't believe I have ever been treated in such an appalling manner in all my almost 69 years!!!Desired Outcome:I just want my money back, pleaseDesired Settlement: RefundDear Revdex.com,The above issue was resolved before we became aware of a Revdex.com complaint.  The original glasses were manufactured incorrectly and we replaced them.  The offending employee Kyla [redacted] is no longer with us and we have deeply apologized to Ms. [redacted].  We refunded all of her money for the glasses and gave her the glasses for the trouble.  Last we (Ryan & Ms. [redacted]) talked ?2wks ago?, she said Ryan was a breath of fresh air and would enjoy seeing us for future exams and she said she would contact you (Revdex.com) to rectify this complaint.If anything is amiss then PLEASE contact us or have Ms. [redacted] contact us as we truly pride ourselves on "Disney Land Service."  We always take customer/patient service VERY seriously and the problems as far as we know have been remedied.  There will be no more of the same type of service issues because the offending employee is no longer with us.Respectfully submitted,Dr. Christopher ([redacted]) B[redacted] OD
