I have a historic property in Long Beach , and I hired Martins Construction to perform entire gut renovation inside and outNew roof , new plumbing and electric all throughout , restore wainscoting , new kitchen and bath layout , I remodel everything and everything is permitted The entire process from permit to construction to approval was smooth and easy and the most important thing is it's done within budget I will hire Martins Construction again for my remodel at a new home I purchased in South Bay
