My name: KELLI NI'm an owner of #nails salon in Huntingdon Pa I had received a letter from your officeFirst, I thank you for let me know a complaint from [redacted] My shop have few policy as (1) Please sign your name have a seat and will be your turn as soon as possible(2) I reserved the right to refused a service(3) if you have children come with you Please do not let them running aroundThank you (4) NO APPOINTMENT FOREVER When [redacted] arrived She knew customer ahead of herThey both signed their name and sat down to wait but [redacted] did not (1) instead [redacted] begun her voice loud to asked " how long to wait for fill in" and I'm sort of quite for a minute and [redacted] said "hour hour" My first customer told me [redacted] was rude .So I follow [redacted] , I answer her okay hour [redacted] got mad told me "what kind of business Kelli" "you let ppl waiting for hour" So [redacted] did pushed me over the edgeI begun told her "go back where you got the nail done before"My business is nail salon service have to take time to dosalon service have to take time to do their nail not like fast food service [redacted] asked me to take appointI told her "i do not take appointment I wanted to treat everyone equally as "first come first serve" [redacted] came back second time , I saw her and I got up and asked ’’What do you need” She told me wrote me a letter to meAnd I said "I don't have time to read" and I said "I did not want to do ***'s nail again" [redacted] begun to get mad and told me "why I have an attitude with [redacted] " I said ”I have no attitude with you and I said "Just you have attitude with me because you wamy shop and you begin to act rude w/o sign nameyou begin to act rude w/o sign name and w/o sat down and w/o to wait and loud voice "She kept on louder louderI told her to "get out" I asked her “ do you want me to call a cop"She finally get outShe begin to cuss "X.XXX" and I told her you was a teacher you cuss I finally cuss her back "XXX"And that all my story CONCLUSION : If I was [redacted] be nice walk in the shop and sign name and wait W/O vocal voice I be willing to do her finger nail like before But her point did not want to wait She alway want to be firstWhich I been done her nail before and she was first before but not this time and never No patience at allThank you for listen or hear my side of story andback"XXX"And that all my story CONCLUSION : If I was [redacted] be nice walk in the shop and sign, name and wait W/O vocal voice I be willing to do her finger nail like before But her point did not want to wait She alway want to be firstWhich I been done her nail before and she was first before but not this time and never No patience at allThank you for listen or hear my side of story and understanding My business neighbor did hear a loud noise from her voice at the second time she came back.Sincerely, Kelli N

The owner, Kelly, was the one who raised her voice at me in front of other customers....she claimed I "pushed her over the edge" (her words) ...is that any way to act in front of other customers?
Upon return the following day (with a letter offering a solution).... SHE immediately began to swear at me, with her young children in the shopHer neighboring business was NOT opened...both incidents took place @10:AM....neighboring business does not open until 10:AMShe is changing the story to make herself look good!
I have NO intentions of returning to her shopI strongly feel that she should not be treating customers in this manner!

Review: I have been refused service twice (nail salon) and have been told to go elsewhere. The owner does not take appointments and apparently takes offense to me asking how long it might be to get my nails done. We all have busy lives and oftentimes can not sit for several hours waiting and waiting. I returned the next day to offer a solution to this issue and ask WHY I am refused service. She proceeded to call me a "*", told me to get the "*" out of her store and threatened to call the police, simply because I asked how long the wait was! I am appalled that someone in business would treat a potential customer in this manner.Desired Settlement: I want an explanation as to WHY she discriminates against ME AND an APOLOGY.
