On June 30th had a crew dig out the downspout drain and called to notify them when they told us it needed to be done and let them know when it had happened Per our conversation, restoration was to happen one month after the installation of the water service to allow the yard to settle back inThis appointment was scheduled for the 17th of July We have been in communication so we are not sure why they are claiming we have not been
I am rejecting this response because: Their response does not acknowledge their rudeness to me when I finally did reach somebodyThey NEVER called me backThey also took two weeks to correct the issue they created by burying the downspout drainThey are not taking responsibility for their actionsI understand that they will take care of the yard on 7/17, but that was not the issue I raisedTheir failure to contact me and their absolute rudeness and disregard toward me is my issueI will continue until I get satisfactory resolution.
