I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The business did not address the biggest issue - that they did not clean...only dusted. As they acknowledged there were several spaces we had to clean ourselves. As for the windows they were not properly washed inside or out to begin with...tops and corners were left untouched...streaks on all windows.  If it was dust and rust as they claim the window would have been evenly dirty, not just the corners and tops. To claim the dirt on the outside of the Windows was due to ongoing construction is impossible as there was no exterior construction.  We were never 100% satisfied and we made that clear to the owner.
