I ordered a diamond from 1sale.com (formerly 1saleaday.com) (order #[redacted]) for $1,199.99 and the diamond was cracked and was found to be not as described in the listing. I contacted 1sale.com customer service on 5/*/2014 and they provided the following reply: "Dear [redacted], I am truly sorry to hear that you have encountered a problem with your order. We ask that you send the item back for a refund. Your RMA number is [redacted]. Within the next 2-4 days, you will receive separate emails containing the RMA form. If you are unable to locate the information in your inbox, please check the spam folder. To ensure a quick return process, we ask that you send the form back with your package. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to contact us. Sincerely, [redacted]. 1Sale.com, Customer Service Department"
I shipped back the diamond as instructed (USPS tracking number available upon request) to the address they provided on the RMA, which was 1Sale.com. [redacted].
The tracking showed that delivery was attempted by no one was available to accept the package. I contacted them and received the following reply: "Dear [redacted], Thank You for contacting 1Sale.com. I am very sorry to hear the item was not as expected. Please be advised at this time we will not be able to pick up the item from USPS. Also the return tracking number is not valid. Should you have any additional concerns please let us know. Thank you. [redacted]. 1Sale.com. Customer Service Department"
