I am rejecting this response because, the order was for the same strength contacts I have been wearing since - I can provide records from my doctor to that effectThis was an $purchase that they will not replaceI am sure I am not the only customer this has happened toThey received my payment and have offer a discount on next purchasewhy on earth would I make another purchase from this companyThe contacts they sent me the first time were the wrong strength, and have not been replacedI want a refund of my money

As stated previously, I have contacted USPS and my local postal office twice. Your follow up, per your representative was for me to contact you back.
