[redacted] is the worst landlord I have ever dealt with. We moved in back in November 2014, in December 2014 our heat went out for the first time. It took [redacted] and J & K Property Management Group until March to finally get our heat working, only to have it go out again that May. Then it goes out again in December 2015. Its now the end of Feb 2016 and it's still not fixed. One of her excuses as to why its taking so long, is because she has 5 other properties without heat. She had the home owners home warranty company come out twice to see if they could help and fix the problem but both times they came they said the unit was installed wrong by her repairman and therefore would not fall under the warranty. [redacted] tried to deny it was installed wrong. Then come to find out the repairs that were performed were not up to code. We had to have Codes and Compliance come out and inspect the unit just to find out that we were correct in the fact it was never installed correctly. So her repairman gets a list of repairs to perform to bring the hvac unit up to code and he still can not get it right. It failed inspection. [redacted] never answers you back in a timely manner, when she does answer she's completely rude. All in all, we have lived at the property for 15 months and the hvac unit has broken over 10 times. I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking about renting/buying or using [redacted] as their property manager to rethink there decision.
