I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved
because:
We wrote about e-mails and received no reply...We lost the opportunity for the business due to the error so we wanted a refund...so we wanted to return the items and get a refund...We have not yet returned the items because we have not been able to talk to anybody about getting a proper RMA number for the return nor a refund has been approved

Please send to them another message or make them a visit. If they sent just the fans, and the current relays are pending to be sent, they implicitly recognize the payment made and the purchase order. I just want to have the current relays OR the money back. I´ve made several phone calls to their number (###-###-####) and asked to the operator to put me through with the CEO or any relevant without success / to accounting (option 2 on the recorded menu) / to purchasing (option 3 on the recorded menu) , and leave messages on the aswering machine for Carlo, Accounting and Purchasing without any response. Steer well clear of this company - We have paid upfront $11,000 for 1 Source to provide 10 Circuits cards only. They have not delivered to date nor returned any emails on our queries. We as a small company have no way getting a refund.

Review: I placed an order with 1-Source for a power supply. They required cash in advance. Once check was received and cleared I was assured by [redacted] (account manager) I would have material in 2-3 weeks. [redacted] sent an email on 3/*, 3/*, 3/* and a voice mail on 3/*, all inquiring about the check and a tracking number. On 3/*, [redacted] tracking indicated check was received. 3/** - Sent follow up email to [redacted] at 1-Source. On 3/[redacted] replied I should have parts by 3/**. 3/** I sent follow up email to [redacted]. I received no reply. 3/** I sent follow up email to [redacted]. On 3/** He replied I should have parts mid next week. 3/** I emailed [redacted] to ask if the order actually shipped. I did not receive a reply. I then searched Revdex.com and discovered 1-Source has a C+ rating with a unresolved case with the issue of and advance payment, no receipt of purchase material and no refund after several attempts. I also read reviews about 1-source on [redacted] with the same issues of demanding advance pay and not delivering or refunding. On 3/** I emailed [redacted] (Regional Sales Manager)about the status of my order. He told me there was no order in they system. However, I was told to be patient the order is on its way. I request that [redacted] cancel my order and refund my money. I mentioned that I was not told there was no availability of my order. On the contrary I was told the order was in route. On 4/[redacted] sent me something internal and informal that my refund was being processed. I requested more substantial proof like a check number and tracking number.I emailed on [redacted] and [redacted] on 4/* with no reply. I emailed [redacted] and [redacted]) on 4/*. [redacted] replied I would be contacted on Monday 4/*. On 4/* I emailed all three gentlemen. I was told I would have a reply by the end of the day. I have not received correspondence at all. I requested they handle my refund with the urgency as they had when they requested my advance payment.Desired Settlement: I would like a full and timely refund. Based on the reviews and practices of 1-Source, I am concerned with the return of my payment. 1-Source is a Broker of hard to locate parts. The part I requested was obsolete. The day I cancelled my order, 1-source had the availability of 20 pieces on the website. I did a cut and paste of that particular page and sent it to [redacted] and [redacted] and asked if they have the parts. I did not receive a reply. I contacted other brokers for this and none could be found.

Review: Item was purchased by credit card on 7/**/13 Inv. [redacted]S amount of credit $629.10. Item did not meet specs. Item returned and was given "in-house" credit per 1-Source Electronic Components representative [redacted]) contacted their sales dept and did placed an order with [redacted] on 1/**/15, PO #[redacted] this order would use up the "in-house" credit with a small amount due. [redacted] stated he would have to talk with his accounting dept and get the ok. We have not heard from anyone from 1-Source since then. We have tried to get in contact with someone, anyone on multiple occasions and all we get is voice mails and no return calls.Desired Settlement: Honor PO# [redacted] placed on 1/**/15 with "in-house" credit and we will pay the remaining open balance.

Review: We placed an order with 1-Source Components and paid via wire transfer. The order # is - [redacted] for a total dollar amount of $1,480.69 dated 5/*/2015 for 35 Bridgelux LED's with a part number of BXRA-30E4000-H-03.

I was assured at the time of purchase of their availability and 1-Source's access to them. Upon their arrival to the 1-Source facility they apparently were the wrong chips and they had no ability to obtain the correct ones. We were told we could cancel the order since the order was time sensitive and 1-Source was aware of, and agreed to, those conditions. We completed the required RMA paperwork immediately and sent it to the sales person.

I was told the refund would be processed promptly but it was not. Our accounting person spoke with 1-Source accounting staff twice subsequently and was assured the refund would take place which again, it did not. Since that point, no contact attempts were replied to, including one sent to the owner/president recently.

Review: They lied about inventory they said they had. They said that they could ship materials we needed in 7 days and asked for prepaid. After we paid, they never shipped. Even they didn't give us a firm ship date. We canceled our order, but they have not refund our money back.Desired Settlement: We would like our money back as soon as possible in one lump sum.

I´m [redacted], and I´m an employee for the Mexican branch of the US-based company named [redacted].

I´ve performed some search on internet about a Government Office that can lend a hand to me, and for the City of Patchogue I´ve found through the page [redacted].

The problem of my concern is related as follows :

On July [redacted] 2015 my company paid in advance a purchase from the company named ´1 Source Electronic Components´ ([redacted], fax [redacted]) some devices detailed on the attached Purchase Order (OPAN jpg image). To do so it was bank-wired-transferred by [redacted] Mexico in advance the total ammount for the goods, as the attached PDF document shows. The order was processed with the 1-Source´s number ´Quote [redacted]´.

As emails below describe, 1-Source´s Account Manager, [redacted], and 1-Source´s sales representative [redacted] took my purchase order and confirmed they will process it. However, since August [redacted] 2015 it has been very very very hard, impossible, to get communication from 1 Source, either by phone call and email.

Of course, I haven´t received the purchased goods yet. I have no news from 1-Source since August [redacted], according to the emails interchanged below.

A great colleague of mine there at [redacted] USA, [redacted], have also made several communication attempts to 1 Source, with no success. His contact information is : [redacted], ###-###-####, [redacted] , and he is also able to answer any question you´d have about this issue.

I am requesting here your kind help this way, to get some alternate contact to 1 Source Electronic Components, or confirmation from them for my purchase that will be sent to Mexico, or in contrary, to have from them the money refund to [redacted] Mexico´s bank account.

I´ve contacted you because 1-Source´s phone code is 631, and internet says it belongs to the State of NY .

I will be very grateful with you for all the help you can give to me on this, thank you very much in advance.
