Hey ***, This is Mark, we just spoke on the phone few minutes agoAs discussed, the customer reached out to us months ago stating that the refrigerator front door has a dentWe asked the customer for a clear photo of the serial tag sticker located on the inside of the refrigerator so we can order the new door for the customer, pay out of our pocket to ensure customer satisfactionTo date the customer did not reply to us with the requested informationSee the screenshot attached it is from my email outlook where it will show you the customers Amazon.com order # where our customer care associate [redacted] replied to the customer several times simply asking for a photo of the serial tag stickerThank you###-###-####Mark

The business contracted with a delivery service They did not deliver or attempt to deliver the refrigerator at all The first time it was scheduled for delivery, the driver called and cancelled it due to weather The second time it was scheduled, I waited up until 11pm and they were a no show There was no further delivery scheduled I attempted to communicate with both the seller and their delivery service to no result I am a 100% disabled veteran and did advise both of such I hired someone to help me with the refrigerator but as I said, they never showed up The seller is lying about me refusing I was not happy about a middle of the night delivery, but wanted the item Again, I never refused, they simply didn't come when scheduled

Dear Revdex.com, as you see the customers story does not make sensein their first complaint they stated that they can only accept the delivery until 5pmNow their complaint stated that they waited for the delivery until 11pm even though it was in the middle of the night. Revdex.com - please understand, we shipped promptly and tried every attempt to have this delivered to the customerhowever, the customer gave us and the shipper constant ultimatums where if the driver cannot show up by 5pm, not to come, the customer refused the delivery, the carrier attempted to deliver this as well we the seller and the carrier are in the business to deliver the merchandise not play with customers on a delivery time frame game, for the carrier not to deliver a large heavy bulky refrigerator costs time and money, we ship and they deliver case closedwhen this customer refused the shipment, the carrier needed to put this refrigerator back on their truck, return to their warehouse, put it back in a trailer, ship it back to us, we had to restock it with our vendor which cost us a restocking fee (which we did not charge the customer) and a lot of shipping fee's.as a courtesy, we just came this customer a $refund back to their account in good faith. if you would like to speak with my directly, please call *** * *** - ***

we shipped this order successfully to the customer, the shipping carrier attempted the delivery on 05/**/2016: 2pm-8pm, when the...

driver called the customer to notify the customer that they are 45 minutes away, the customer advised the driver that he canceled this order because it was too late, before the customer even placed this order we clearly tell every customer of the delivery date so they can decide to place the order or not place this order. see attached, I attached a screenshot of what the customers order looks like.
we show the ship date and the delivery date.
our policy shows that if a customer refuses an order after we ship, the customer will be responsible for the round trip shipping fee's in this case it was $125.00 each way, however as a courtesy we waived 1 way shipping fee and the customer was responsible for only $125.00
please understand, we have a return company policyjust as any other website does which they comply with.

customer, however the customer does not accept the delivery since it is past 5pm. We the seller never guarantee a delivery to any customer by 5pm. This is a refrigerator delivery that is being shipped with a freight LTL trucking companies.   The shipping company attempted the delivery 3 separate times. Please go to the link below for you to confirm:   [redacted]   everytime the customer refuses the delivery we the seller pay $175.00 for a new delivery date.   We the seller sent an email to this customer and every customer to inform us if the customer requires any special delivery so we can coordinate before we ship. The customer advised us just this past week that they can accept delivery only by 5pm.   Our policy very very clearly states:   [redacted]
  see screenshot attached where we outline requesting every customer to inform us so we can coordinate the proper delivery with the proper shipping carrier.   The shipping carrier billed us $450.00 for the multiple delivery attempts that the customer refused since it was past 5pm. However, as a courtesy, we will bill the customer $300.00 only, we will absorb the $150.00. As a courtesy, we are willing to give the customer 5,000 reward points towards the customers next purchase with us and expedited shipping. Thank you for your attention.

mistake and delivered 1 pedestal in white. please check the attachment, it is the proof of delivery document confirming that the carrier delivered the washer dryer set to this customer with no problem noted.  as a courtesy we are exchanging the pedestal stand for this customer free of charge even though the customer signed a legal proof of delivery document confirming that they have received the proper washer dryer kit.currently, the silver pedestal stand is on backorder for another 2 weeks, once we will get the pedestal stand back in stock, we will ship it to the customer. thank youMark.

The company failed to deliver during their stated delivery window and still wanted to charge me for missing their window.

by the customer. however, as a courtesy, we made the pickup from the customer and issued a full refund to the customer, we value our customer and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. we are still here to work with the customer, the customer can place a new order with us, we can ship a brand new unit via express delivery which is over $100.00 free of charge. we are here for every customer of ours.
