I am rejecting this response because:Unbelievably horrible professionalism, to repeatedly lie and lie1stopfix owes me at the minimum a new speaker and the bubbles from the faulty screen they installed to be replacedI called making 1stop fix aware of their mistakes days after getting my iphone screen repairedThe warranty was never properly explained nor did I receive a copy of it, being told, "It's in the computer." Of course I am upsetBeing lied to repeatedly and not being able to talk to anyone in charge because as Mrs *** puts its, "there's no point." I was told several times you guys can look at the surveillance and determine whether or not you are in the wrongI said please do, you'll find that everything I am saying is the truthNow quit your lying and take responsibility, with my "life time warranty" repair the speaker and the the bubbles within the screen, both issues that are on you

Dear [redacted]Customer [redacted] came in on 11/21/17 10:26 to get his screen replaced for his Iphone 7 plus. The tech told him, we have 2 qualities. Generic or higher quality. He chose the higher quality for the price of $169 + tax. He was also explain about the Lifetime warranty on the screen. the...

warranty does not cover water or physical damage. He signed the form for the warranty. Customer came back 3 months later with a broken screen and sasying his speaker is not working. He wanted us to replace it and fix his speaker. We explained to him, since the screen is cracked we can not replace it and for the speaker , it took 3 months to notice it was not working. we explain to him again about the warranty and show him his signature that he was told. He told the tech , he was never explained about the warranty. But he did sign. Customers don't sign anything just because. He got upset and was told the manager will call him. Unfortunately the assistant manger was not feeling good and forgot to call him. Customer calls back requesting for the manager and an answered for his screen. [redacted] (AM) told him he spoke to his manger (OM) and said we can give him a discount. He would only pay for the screen for $80, no labor. Customer said yes to [redacted] over the phone but next day, he comes in , in the morning and another employee by the name [redacted] was in. [redacted] read the notes and explain to him the discount and policy and customer refused.   He told my employee just to do him a favor and change the screen, than he say , OK just remove the bubbles from my screen. But at this point removing the bubbles wont fix the cracked on the screen. Customer was really upset and wanted to speak to me. I told [redacted], we have a policy and there's no point of me talking to him because he refuses to understand ad I already told [redacted] what we can only do.
