I am very dissatisfied with my purchase experience. I had found an item on their website for what I had thought was hundreds less than the average price so I was ecstatic when I placed my order. The pictures in the item description showed the full sectional, what it looked like at different angles, what each individual piece looked like, and I loved it. After I placed the order, I went back the next day into my email and looked the receipt over and realized that in the receipt it only had TWO ITEMS out of a 4 piece sectional. Two completely opposite ends! You couldn't even put them together! I was livid. WHY would you picture not only an entire sectional, but each individual piece of the sectional in the item description if that isn't what's being sold??? . And to sell two pieces of furniture for only a few hundred less than what the full sectional is worth! Absolutely terrible and incredibly misleading. The name of the item was the full name of the sectional and did not mention it was two pieces, not to mention the item description described the entire sectional, not just what was actually being sold. I very frequently buy things online and I have NEVER seen things shown and described very specifically in the purchase description that weren't part of the order. I cancelled my order and I refuse to buy anything from this site in the future. We made the purchase Friday, sent a cancellation email very early in the morning on Saturday but it is now Monday and they sent us an email that implies that we are still purchasing the furniture. I sent an email requesting a cancellation confirmation, but judging by the reviews on their own personal purchasing site, they'll pretend they didn't receive a cancellation email.
