The limited warranty was a dealer warranty onlyThe warranty was only valid at the dealership (Herb's Garage) were she purchased the vehicleShe never brought the vehicle here to diagnose the problemShe took the vehicle elsewhere without our approvalNow she wants us to pay
another dealer for the repair on her BMWShe has now filed a law suit against us in small claims courtThis will be resolved in small claims court.Sincerely,Herb's Garage*** ***

Herbs garage failed to honor issued warranty. Their auto repair is a tire, brakes and minor type auto repair center. A BMW transmission requires advanced training. I have filed suit in small claims and will allow court to decide.
