Complaint[redacted]We had issues with a plugged central vac and they came and said they fixed it and left and then tried it it still did not work. Called them 3 times left 3 messages to the a same woman and still no call back. [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like a refund because they did not fix it [redacted] Business Response On March 24 2015, we sent our service technician to [redacted] to resolve a complaint of poor suction. Our service technician unplugged the line and checked that all was working.On March 31 2015 we received a call from [redacted] complaining that her vacuum was not working again. We told her we did not have a service Technician we could send that day but we would have someone out the following day, at no cost to her, to find out why it was still not working and to service the machine. The next morning as I was setting up the call with my service manager to go out [redacted] called and said no one had called her back. We told her we were sending someone that morning and she said we were providing terrible service and she would call the Revdex.com and tell everyone on [redacted]. She then hung up.I tried to call her back all day and she would not answer her phone. The message came on saying her voice mail was not set up to take messages.We are quite willing to refund her money and I would have done it that day if she had stayed on the phone long enough to tell her that.
