I believe in their concept, but it seems that they cannot execute the plan

They started providing "leads", but when I followed up, only one person acknowledged that they had even spoken to anyone from One Touch Several people said that there was no one by the name that I was given, a couple people were mad that I was even calling It seems that One Touch only took a few names from their call sheets and sent them to me as "leads"
The one person who acknowledged that she had spoken to someone said that the caller was a very persistent, high pressure kind of caller She said she told him that she was not interested but she finally relented and said "whatever" and gave him her contact information
From my perspective, it was a total waste of money You should hire your own cold caller if you want to try this approach as One Touch does not deliver on any of its promises
1 Touch Solutions called me in July 2015 offering me there services of lead generations or as they call it surveys. I signed up for 50 surveys at a cost of $45 per survey. They said I would have a say in the script they would use when asking potential customers the questions this way I would get quality surveys. They also said I can choose the amount of surveys I would want per week. They recommend no more than three a week. When the start date of the campaign began it took about a few weeks before they provided me with the first survey. I called asking what the delay is and they replied they were training the caller to make sure they do a good job. From then on nothing good came of this. One survey was coming in every couple of weeks. They were not of good quality since the info they gave me was wrong. Either the name of the customer was wrong or they did not ask to have me call them back. After countless calls and emails to find out why I have not received anything of quality they began to ignore me and not respond. The VP finally called me back saying he will refund my money. That was more than a month a go.
Do not get fooled by them. Do not believe what they tell you they will do. [redacted]. I have talked to others in my industry and they have been fooled by them as well. I assumed things did not work out for others because they did not make the calls on time or did not have a good system to capture the potential clients. This is not the case. 1 Touch do not provide the quality surveys they say they will give you and continually lie to you and string you along.
Don't waste your money!"Leads" provided are names (many times horribly incorrect) and are the result of high pressure tactics to get the customers to agree to a call back. When contacted most "leads" were annoyed at having had agreed to a call and had no intention of starting a relationship with someone associated with the high pressure calls. After promising that "leads" would be within a certain, exclusive area, toward the end of the contract, random names were provided that were no where near the "exclusive" market area promised. Eventually, even though the contract was not fulfilled, there were no more "leads" provided. Just as well, they were never "leads" at all.
[redacted] This company is nothing but a call centre that makes money "from" rather than "for" realtors. Avoid at all cost unless your style of business is as that of an air duct cleaning service!
