Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: What they stated isn't true Yes they made some attempts to try and fix the problem, but their responsibility is to get it fixedEvery time there is problem with my service when they would fix one thing they would mess up something else without fail I have spent days trying to fix the problems I have had including weeks ago when my voice mail didn't work againEven while on the phone with them to resolve that problem, we were having trouble hearing each other When they couldn't fix the problem which I warned them about (I told them when they fix one thing something else goes wrong) I lived with missing calls for over a year because of thisI brought it back up when I was getting complaints that I was not returning peoples calls and that when I called again about the problem that I ignored for a long time They did suggest I check the phone, but they knew that wasn't the problemMy phone doesn't have call waiting, it comes from my phone service and the problem started after they fixed another problem I had for over months with me not getting my messages I however checked that by using a different phone and got the same problem When I signed up with Sunrocket who this company purchased I had no problem working with them to resolve issues that arose As a small company I understood that they are not large and do not have the resources as large companies but I was willing to accept that.I would call to ask when the problem would be fixed when I was missing calls and getting complaints from people who would call me I was ignored, I was lied to that someone would get back to me and no one didThis went on for months and I would even email asking for someone to get back to me as they promisedI was ignored and as a customer no one wants to feel that their issue isn't being resolved or taken seriously When [redacted] finally got back to me six months after I was told he would he said he wasn't fixing the problem as as my right as a consumer I told him I would exercise my right to file a complaint hoping that an outside source would help me get the matter resolved I did not threaten them, as that is a intention to inflict pain, injury or damageWhat good would that do me I wasn't canceling my service to then in spite or retaliation get back at them I requested assistance in getting a matter with my phone company resolved as that is why the Revdex.com is in business When I filed a complaint and they ignored it, I then exercise my right to have someone else get involvedThey weren't responding to the Revdex.com and in typical form I was again being ignored I have never heard of the Utility commission and dont even know what they do.My service is being terminated in retaliation to my complaint to the Revdex.com and attorney generals office to get someone to help me mediate the matter and get my service working properly These entities exist to assist consumers when they have a problem they cannot get resolved which I did It isn't right when a company can retaliate to a customer for that Maybe if they had spend a little more of the time they took to retaliate against me in fixing it, we wouldn't be here now As I asked when I called them before the retaliation, maybe since sometime has passed maybe now they have found the problem and a solution and I was assured that someone would get back to me and no one did I am simply a customer who wants to get what I am paying for I even wondered if they purposely didn't fix it so they could get rid of me, since that was one of the first thing [redacted] said to me when we first spoke on this problem I choose to stay as I wanted to work with them and keep my serviceI simply wanted my service fixed Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:  What they stated isn't true.  Yes they made some attempts to try and fix the problem, but their responsibility is to get it fixed. Every time there is problem with my service when they would fix one thing...

they would mess up something else without fail.  I have spent days trying to fix the problems I have had including 2 weeks ago when my voice mail didn't work again. Even while on the phone with them to resolve that problem,  we were having trouble hearing each other.   When they couldn't fix the problem which I warned them about (I told them when they fix one thing something else goes wrong) I lived with missing calls for over a year because of this. I brought it back up when I was getting complaints that I was not returning peoples calls and that when I called again about the problem that I ignored for a long time.  They did suggest I check the phone, but they knew that wasn't the problem.
