complaints in order from letter I received1 Main bush in front of house was not trimmedI did fail to inform my employee of doing this but before my man left the property he did a walk around the property with the male home owner. The home owner should of said something then to my man about it2. Main bush hedge in front of house eye sore. We were hired to trim and take back to edge of sidewalk.they we're informed that it would look lousy tell spring when new growth starts up again. Because it was over grown across the sidewalk by 4-6 inches had to cut into main branches of bush so a hedge trimmer would not cut through it was trimmed back with a chainsaw its brown and sad looking now but in spring it will start filling in again when new growth starts3. Cracked concrete wall on side of drivewayDriveway is blacktop with concrete wall around culvert.Culvert and side of driveway were over grown with scrubs and vines hired to remove scrubs root system grew under driveway and vines on culvert wall culvert wall was cracked before we did are job of removing scrubs and vines .know this cause vines were growing in and out of crack and other trash in crack Those are the complaints which seem to me that are not valid. because before my employee left he did a walk around with the male homeowner and agreed the job was done to his satisfaction and paid my employee As for making a quick $425 Dollars for 2 and 1/4 hours work. they do not figure in my expenses .man hours of employees there cost of equipment, fuel, insurance, trucking and dumping cost of removed itemsalso I did stop by and left a business card and tried calling several times to resolve their complaints and fix after their original phone call with complaint to me they would not answer or return my phone calls from me to try and resolve these complaits                                   �...⇄ Thank You                                      �...⇄ [redacted]

I have rejected their offer unless it is professionally done with proper trimming/hedging tools. I do not want my only
healthy looking bush that was not trimmed to look like my front bushes that are an eye sore. If it can be properly
trimmed and look green and not brown with only sticks left on bush,,,then I would except the work to be completed.
I want ensurance that the bush would be trimmed properly and have a nice after appearance. Otherwise leave it alone and
I will trim it in Spring with proper tooling. Please let me know what tools would be used,,,I prefer them not to do it,,just discount
my bill that was paid in full.

As soon as I walked outside to speak to their crew chief, I told him I was not happy with their trimming (using a chain saw) to trim my healthy bushes that use to look nice. Their was no walk around and againthe front bush was discussed with the owner of business before work began. The owner left and explained what was to be done to his crew.I should not have to baby sittheir crew and watch what they are doing. They did not complete the job as promised and did  poor service to my once healthy landscape. There is no way the concretewall was cracked by vines or whatever the owner is claiming,,,,it is cracked because it was hit from the outside of the wall. I have pictures on my cell phone of the cracked wall ,poor trimming of bushes, and large bush in front of house that was never trimmed as explained on initial walk through with owner. It was poor service, workmanship, and damage
