I do not recommend renting from this company. They nickel and dime you for HOA fees that they show you no proof you violating they pay the HOA and expect you to pay them. If you fail to pay them they threaten to evict you. I was late on rent and made arrangements with Joan Thorne to pay half now and half in a week. She said it was ok and filed eviction papers anyway. She tacked on close to a thousand dollars in other fees that I couldn't afford. I tried contacting her again to make payment arrangements to stay at the house including paying the other fees. Joan rudely said you pay in full or the constable will come to our house with a gun and remove you. That's a threat if I ever heard one. I will be taking legal action for the unprofessional threat that was made. RENTERS BEWARE!

Joan and Neil and the others have been amazing and well educated on preparing a property to rent as well as having a good supply of professionals to handle things in the property if something needs fixing. They have advertised and rented my property very efficiently and get me a good tenant each time. I am very happy with this company and the people who treat you very well. I get peace of mind since I live thousands of miles away from my home and know it is well cared for by 1 World and its staff. I recommend them.
