First off when anyone sees that something is too good to be true, its usually just that. Hats off to the Scheduling Department, Lead Project Manager and Agents that really put forth a professional effort and product. All the calls I made, emails I sent, changes, etc... thank you so much for putting up with me. Y'all really showed up. Secondly, being a retired professional athlete, I really required something above and beyond the call of duty. Y'all did just that. Last but certainly not least, I would recommend this product to anyone of my business associates and friends. Hello! I had the pleasure to work with one of the teams at 10COM for our project. At first we were a little skeptical because what we were initially told prior to agreeing to work with the firm sounded a little to good to be true. Truth be told, when it was all said and done we were actually under promised in the beginning and they ultimately exceeded our expectations! Our point of contact throughout the project was quick to respond, and at all hours. The process was smooth, streamlined and very organized. The project was proposed to take 3 weeks, and the completion actually came in 5 days ahead of schedule. My last web developer promised the same size site to be complete in a month, and it took him almost 4 months to complete, so this was a pleasant turn of events and worth paying a little more for speed, ease of process and a much higher quality of finished product. I highly recommend this firm!
I would work with 10 COM again and I would refer them to friends. My Project Manager always kept in touch and encouraged me to compete my website design when I was not giving it my attention. Without my project manager's help, I would not have finished the job due to other work distractions. I felt supported through the whole process. Excellent Customer Service!
