To whom it may concern, Thank you for sending over the complaint provided by Mr. S[redacted] In response to your email. I did indeed refund Mr. S[redacted] completely. The Credit restoration refund was honored immediately upon his request approximately one month ago, ($700.00). Second, Mr S[redacted] did...
not order a trade-line from me as my company does not offer trade-lines. He actually bought the use of an authorized user account from a vendor named Pierce J[redacted] He was invoiced directly and paid Pierce J[redacted] directly. I had referred Mr. S[redacted] to these people as they seemed knowledgeable and took credit cards which protects the customer. In the event the client is unhappy he or she may do a charge back. Unfortunately for me Mr. S[redacted] refused to exercise this right and obtain it from me instead. I did indeed pay the $1,000 out of my pocket. Please see link at the bottom of this email with all receipts.I had paid a total of $1700.00 despite the fact that I paid $700.00 for his repair and received nothing from the $1,000. At the end of the day,Mr. S[redacted] has all his money back. He thanked me yesterday when I texted the final payment. A link below will show the deposit slips for evidence and completion of this complaint. Derek S[redacted] or Andrea is supposed to withdraw the complaint after this is paid in full.
