I took my isuzu here for a front end alignment tech told me in order to align my truck it needed both inter and outer tie *** ends and shims by law he was to fill out a work order for the work that is suppose to be performed and signed by the customer and my old parts in trunk or bag they didnt do any law requirements I went to pick up truck after I paid I discovered truck was not aligned and both tie *** ends was not done the tech refused to let me talk to the owner and he gave me a fake name he drives a blue *** e im not going into any more detail to fight in court im a mechand a inspector for DOT and restore and sale used cars I know who to contact
Customer did not notify 10 Minute oil change of any problem or leak in the vehicle. He could have brought the vehicle back so we could take a look at it. Instead he went straight to the dealership. The normal procedure would have been to bring the vehicle back to the same place the service was...
