I don't accept the response because it was a lie, very far from the truth !
10Star has a policy of no allowing members to train other members for a fee because we have in house Ultra Fit trainers. Ms. L[redacted] also cursed our general manager K** and non of this behavior is allowed in our clubs. She cannot be a member at our clubs with this behavior.
