Number one broker is by far the worst management company I have ever dealt withI lived at Regent Park for years and dealing with them was a nightmareThey have went through property managers in the last years! That has got to say somethingI am the type of tenant that paid on time and kept the property niceI even met with the owners on two occasions to show them the propertyAt one point they even mentioned trying to get rid of number one brokerI recently moved out since I bought a home, and months after moving I received a collection notice stating I owed them moneyI was all caught up and left the property in good shapeThey are running a scamI am so thankful I moved and will definitely dispute these chargesMy advice is to stay clear of them!
