This company took my money for a purchase and has not shipped the product The refuse to respond to any inquires to their customer service On March 9th I purchased two cat flower water fountains trading took the $from my account on March On April I sent the following inquire Apr 3, 11:PDT HI, On March 9th I ordered two of your Cat Flower Water Fountains As yet the only correspondence that I have received is a sales pitch for the filters Can you please give me an update? I do not have an order number My e-mail is [redacted] @aol.com As you can see below you have already deducted the money from my account Thank you, [redacted] Mar 12, [redacted] 03/Debit card transaction $ AS yet they have not responded I sent two other follow up and all I get is their canned response from [redacted] I have done some research and found that I am not the only ones that have this issues with this company

I ordered, on line, May 5, 2018, a cat water fountain and extra filters; in the amount of 72.93.Money taken from checking account on May 7, I still have not received the productI did not receive answer to e-mail requesting product or refund
