The management staff at 1001 Ross Ave Apartments have created an unhealthy and concerning environment for it's residents. On numerous occasions, the staff has allowed dog feces to remain in the hallways for over 48 hours forcing residents to walk past it in and out of their apartments.
There is constantly trash overflowing in nearly every trash bin on the site along with trash consistently thrown on the floors in the hallways. The overall cleanliness of 1001 Ross has resulted in rodent and insect issues around the property.
Additionally, there is consistent illegal activity occurring within the community as there is an overwhelming odor of marijuana that remains in the hallways of the facilities at all time.
When questioned, the management staff has no plan or worries about the complaints that are being made with the status and cleanliness of the facilities and its residents. The 1001 Ross staff is never available to help residents when needed.

Billing Adjustment I would like to break my 1 year lease agreement with 1001 Ross Ave without incurring the financial penalty. I feel as though the services that have been provided at 1001 Ross do not uphold nor represent the services that they advertised for their community. Additionally, as a law enforcement officer, I am not comfortable as resident in this community with the consistent evidence of illegal activity taking place. I simply wish to discontinue my lease indefinitely without the monetary penalty.
