These guys started a bogus website called way-cool-gear.com. I was suspicious but decided to give it a go, anyway. I ordered a very cool sweatshirt from them. After 2 weeks, when it hadn't arrived, I emailed to ask if I should have received already. Then a week or so later, never having heard from them, I used the contact page on their website to repeat my concerns. I went back today to reach out to them again, and they've shut down their website. Shopify says they went "inactive" around 11 days ago. Now I have had to file a claim with my CC company. I'll probably get my money back, but what a hassle, and what's more, I really wanted that shirt!
Review: On Aug 28 2014 I purchased a website Ayurvedicliving.org from [redacted] of 100K Publishing LLC.I initially saw the site for sale online at auction site "Flippa" https://flippa.com/XXXXXXX-must-sell-quick-pr-3-eastern-medicine-health-diet-sit...⇄ ,and made a few general enquiries to the owner via this platform and Skype calls. Unfortunately the sale ended early and the site was sold to another bidder. However, the next day I received a Skype call from the seller to say the buyer had not paid him so hed cancelled the sale. He then offered me the option to buy the site from him. We agreed a price, a contract was signed and the funds (US$1,350) sent by international bank transfer, as the seller requested. To transfer a website of this type normally takes 1-2 days to complete. To cut a long story short, over the next few weeks the seller stalled constantly and failed to transfer the site files/database or domain name as promised. The seller then stopped replying to my emails and no longer returned my calls. My request for a full refund again met with silence (despite his contract having a 90 day buy-back guarantee)I have since discovered that the seller has a very long history online of negative feedback, mostly relating to other similar claims for non delivery of websites he has sold.
