AWFUL! Diabetic Supplies was recommended to me by Medicare for diabetic supplies for my dadIt has been weeks and we still have not received my dad's meter and testing stripsWhen you call them direct, you get a recordingAfter being on hold for several minutes, it asks you to leave your name and number I have left messages and have NOT received a return call I had tried calling on a Saturday and again got the same recording and promptI left messagesNever recieved a return callWhen I finally got through to them the following Monday, they informed me that they weren't opened on Saturday 0n 11/19/I spoke to a representative that told me the package would be delivered todayStill no packageI obtained a tracking number and it indicated the package arrived at our local office on 11/20/Obviously I was given incorrect informationIn the tracking information it also indicated day priority mailOrder was sent for delivery on the 11/14/ It is 11/20/and I have still not received the packagePitiful service, personnel that have very heavy accents and names you need to ask how to spell I can't express enough for you to contact someone else for diabetic supplies Unfortunately, now that an order has been placed (weeks ago) I can not go to another supplier without having to pay for another meter and strips out of my pocketIt is my understanding that Medicare only pays for meter every yearsstars were offered with star being "Hated it." If I had a choice to give zero stars, I would haveAWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!!
After finally receiving my meter I tried to register it one the website. After several tries I gave up. I tried calling and after a 5 minute wait someone finally came on the line. She asked for my first name which I gave and then she put me on hold and I waited for 10 minutes and no response.
I am sorry that I switched companies for my diabetic supplies. This company is terrible and I will never buy anything from them again.
PS same delivery issue, waited for more than 5 weeks for delivery. Each time I called I was told it was being shipped. This company does not deserve to have a business license. Should be investigated for bull s______ people.
