2014 (which is approximately 60 days in the future) it appears that he willingly attempted to purchase his own product on a date in the past which was not within, on, or after his selected release date range.  While 101 does provide physical distribution and sales support, if the release date is setup for a future time, the product is only available for pre-order- which is the case here. It is therefore safe to assume that if [redacted] actually received the product he purchased, he would have simply written in to the Revdex.com that we violated the terms of his agreement by releasing his product too early and we would find ourselves in the exact same spot, just a with a different claim.Because the Revdex.com has no ability to litigate the terms of the contractual relationship between 101 and [redacted], and because 101 has no interest in participating in fraudulent extortion, we will exercise our contractual right to terminate the relationship with [redacted] effective immediately. We will refund the disputed pre-order payment made by [redacted] for the purchase of his own content he willingly attempted to buy and then complain about not receiving prior to the release date he voluntarily stipulated. We will also refund all service fees paid by [redacted] for the distribution of his product. Additionally, [redacted]'s content will be removed from all third party storefronts including arena.com. He is free to contract with another service provider who can re-establish his online presence. These actions will be completed on or before August 15th, 2014. This is a contractual issue not a delivery issue. As a result, our decision is permanent and final.

Review: 101 Distribution Failure to process physical CD orders and report payments in a timely manner.

Order for physical CDs sent on: May 30

Distrubtion source and royalties listed on account:

Jun 02, 2014 101D (US) CD Documentary 2 $15.98

Payment drafted from bank on: 7/9

07/09/2014 POS PURCH - [redacted] 101 DISTRIBUTION LLUS $ -19.75

Purchase still has not been received by recipients requesting product. However, charges are present and payment deducted from account. Multiple contact attempts have been made to the organization with no response in any shape or form.Desired Settlement: Delivery of Order or a complete refund. Also, I would like for the company to remove the consumers ability to purchase physical CDs from the site to ensure that my organization does suffer due to orders for CDs being placed with 101 Distribution and not being received.

Review: I represent a recording artist, [redacted] p/k/a [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] has an agreement with 101 Distribution under which 101 Distribution distributes Mr. [redacted]' music and pays royalties to Mr. [redacted] on a monthly basis. However, since February 2015 101 Distribution has failed to pay Mr. [redacted] his royalties. I have tried repeatedly to contact 101 Distribution, in particular a [redacted], the account representative about the lack of payment. However, Mr. [redacted] is non-responsive. He refuses to return phone calls. He refuses to answer emails. I have attempted to contact others at 101 Distribution, but no one at the company will return my phone calls or emails.Desired Settlement: Mr. [redacted] wants to be paid as promised. I want to be kept informed and contacted by 101 Distribution.

Review: I have been selling music through 101 distribution for 6 years and had a business partnership with an employee there. Since his disappearance I have not been able to collect royalty payments and have also received notification of purchases of my product that are not being placed on my monthly report statistics which makes me believe that they have been stealing money from me. When I approached them about the situation I was told to contact the owner and have been trying to reach him for at least 6 months via email and phone. I have left several voicemails and also have documentation of attempts to reason with them via email. I did talk to the good guy over there (Steve [redacted] right before Xmas and expressed how important it was for me to retrieve my royalty payout and also informed him that I had been trying to collect since mid summer. His reply was "Damon said he was going to take care of you" but after several transfers to his line in attempt to contact him and email for a couple months straight I have given up on that and feel like I need to take this to another level. I've even contacted ppl for consultation and may hire a lawyer to try to find out whats going on and to see if I can get the truth on my actual sales and business over the last 6 years. Bottom line is, something is not right and I believe I am one of many who has gone thru this with 101 distribution, llc.Desired Settlement: I would just like to collect the money which is rightfully mine so I can pay the artists who participated in the projects and move on to a different business situation once they take all of my music down and out of their system. I asked to be removed from thei personal website ([redacted] and they obliged but I also requested to be removed off of the major sales networks such as I-tunes and Amazon etc. if I'm not going to be paid for what I have seen on my reports and they have either refused to do so or are ignoring me as they have done for months at a time in previous years and more importantly recently during the xmas holiday when I desperately needed my rightfully earned money that I am supposed to be able to collect within 5 days tops.

Review: This company owes me over $3,000.00 dollars and has failed to pay me, and every time I send an email, about this issue I get a response stating their working on it, but its been several months and I haven't received any paymentDesired Settlement: I would like to get paid the money that is owed to me as soon as possible.
