Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:In no way shape or form was I contacted by any instructor at financial I was reached out to by my friend that originally got me to sign up but he is admittedly no longer an instructor for financial What we discussed did not resolve the issue and I notified him that I was still going to pursue my complaint and he told me that someone from would reach out to me On Monday 4/6/I reached out to Revdex.com to complain that no one that works for the company had reached out to me and they sent a reminder about the complaint Only after that did I just receive an email today 4/8/from [redacted] requesting a phone call Also, do you think days is really realistic for a money back guarantee on a financial system that gives one minute session followed by at most monthly check ins by their instructors Also, I was failed by my instructor as he told me that after he moved to his home island and stopped instructing for you (one month after I was signed up) that someone else would reach out to me This never happened! I speak out now because I look back at my situation and realized that I received no benefit from your program and I don't want that to happen to others in financial hardship Sincerely, [redacted]

After more than attempts to contact Mr*** he did get back to us We were able resolve his issues and sent him a refund on 4/15/ He apologized to our instructor Russ and said that his girlfriend was the one that sent the complaint in out of anger He agreed to retract his complaint and we offered any support he needs in the future.Thank youStudent Services

Immediately after receiving the notice of complaint we reached out to the individual with no response.  We attempted to contact him on more than 5 occasions and will continue to follow up.  In this case the individual is well past our 30-day money back guarantee.  In fact he is over...

The customer received full service and was well past the 30 day refund policy.  We resolved the complaint on 12/16/14.
