I am rejecting this response because: I am not
paying for a product that I cannot use., I should not have to have any modifications done to my home because there is noguarantee that I will be able to use the product., I have not received any correspondence from a collection agency or Mobility about this situation being in collections, and 4.MrR*** did contact me twice, via mail, about me having three options but I would have to pay the balance prior to them completing the workHe also could not guarantee that anyof the options would workThis is what prompted me to contact the Revdex.com because I had no other recourse
