Review: Called 101phones looking for a wireless phone system that had 4 to 5 handsets. The major requirement was that the wireless phone could stay in the charger while on speaker. Requested a wireless head set that could be used over a 100 feet. Sales person sold me a Panasonic phone that could not be used while in charger and sent head set that was not compatible with the phone set purchased. It took numerous calls to get free shipping to return the items and even contested the charge with credit card company due to not resolving the issue with 101 phones. Once the credit card bill came they refunded the money except for $37.50. 101phones owes us the $37.50. They sent a phone that did not meet requirements and a head set that was not compatible with the phone. We should not be charged for bad customer service and a product that would not meet the requirements provided.One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.Desired Settlement: We would like to have the $37.50 refunded.
