USPS first class is estimated at five days for delivery and is the cheapest and slowest shipping option we offer. Our staff was very kind and swift at explaining this but Michael refused to accept this. Shipping fees are paid directly to USPS and no guarantees are made regarding delivery time
I received a tracking number and assumed everything was OK. Well the package was never delivered to my property and my tracking from USPS says the package was refused and returned to 101vape! I never refused the package and was home all day waiting for it to arrive. I have contacted 101vape many times and the answer I received is this:
I asked them for a black device and I received a silver one. Contacted the company numerous times to no response after trying to handle it nicely. Desired Settlement: Let me know if the device is "authentic" and send me the color I asked for. I don't have time to wait for them to take mine and ship a new 1 separate.
