Review: I placed an order May **, 2013 with 1015store.(an online order) I selected 3-7 day shipping at check out. I received an Email the day I placed the order which was an order confirmation. It was the 6th day and at this point and I never received a shipping confirmation. I Emailed 1015 and asked if they could update me on the status of my order. I did receive a response which asked me to confirm my bank information. I placed the order using my debit card. Since I was a new customer they wanted to make sure I was authorized to use the debit card. They said that was why there was a delay in shipping. I responded with the requested information and asked why no one contacted me regarding the order. They (1015) had my Email and phone number to easily get in touch with me to confirm my account information. I also stated I should not be charged for shipping because the 3-7 day shipment period which I paid for was not full filled, and if I did have to pay for shipping, that would change the status of my order. It was not the Postal Services fault. The next day the order was shipped which was May **,2013. ( I received a shipment confirmation email with tracking information) This is 9 days it took just for the order to leave the store. Once I saw in my Email the shipment confirmation, I sent two Emails to 1015 asking for some kind of response regarding the order. I waited a few days and of course, never received any type of response. Then I called Customer Service and left a message. Its June [redacted] and I still haven't received a call back. I tried contacting 1015 three times and have yet to get any type of acknowledgement. No one contacted me from 1015 to verify my information (which was supposedly the hold up on the order). No one contacted me to say the order wouldn't be sent on time. No one ever gave me the option to cancel the order. I was ignored and still am being ignored. You dont ignore customers. This business is seriously lacking customer service and communication skills.Desired Settlement: The shipping cost should be returned with some kind of apology.
