I bought a vehicle from auto salesday later it sounds like the transmission is missing and also made a horrible noise like the axle was falling out when it was put in wheel driveI brought the car back to the dealership and they tell me that because the car didn't do the issue when the dealer drove it (about minutes) that there was nothing that they can doThey will not refund my $4,down payment even with return of the car, and they basically called me a liarI do not have any other car and I have small children and no money for another down paymentI would just like to be able to return the car and receive my money back so I can get a dependable vehicle
