I am rejecting this response because: I called and left voice messages on May 24th and May 31st and texted Ms [redacted] on 5/and her associate June 6thI called her cell phone number as I do not have a home number and her business number of [redacted] continued to have just a busy signalMy messages, both voice and text included clear contact information and because my family and my sisters friend have used for over years our contact information is already held by Ms [redacted] in past years' returns in addition my sister [redacted] received a reply from [redacted] on the status of our taxes on and she responded and I am quoting hi [redacted] yes they are finished up them 9:p.mand my sister texted her back and asked her if we should pick them up at her home or office and did not receive a responseMy sister's text did include her name and contact information of a phone number

I am rejecting this response because: This business told me I was getting money back she is stating she did my taxes correct when they were incorrectI recieved a bill from the irs from the taxes she did that she gave me totals that I have shownI had to go through irs to fix my taxes there where quite a few things wrong that she didAll I want is any copies of my families taxes that she has done in the past and present that are being refused to meThis business is saying she shreds all copies every yearAs a business you have to keep copiesShe did refund me my $back because she knew she did my taxes wrongIf she did them correct than she would not have refunded themI am attaching a copy of the bill I recieved from irs to prove that she did my taxes incorrect by stating different totals and both being wrongIf my husband pushed his way in than why didn't they call policeHer and her husband are liars and if she has a license than why isn't she attaching proof of everything the way I have been doing! I want any copy of our taxes she has done because I don't trust her with our personal information

I have been preparing taxes for over years, *** 's taxes were done correctlythe family was getting refunds as far as I knew from the information I was given***'s husband came into my home and tried to push himself around my husband in my kitchenthese people had the priveledge of getting
their taxes done in my homeI have over clients and when he showed up at my home there was some one in my office and people waiting on my couch*** and victor has never came to my home at the same timewe are going paperless at the officeI believe that ***s taxes were done correctly and in face she had received her irs refund but lessI have my license it was in fact that my boss had lost his right to electronically file and lost his enrolled agent licenseNOT meI have letters to prove thisI feel this very spitefula charge of slander and defamation of character/slandershe also stated if I did not return her 50.she would spread the gossip all around and has threatened my familyif you have any question please call me.***

My messages, both voice and text included clear contact information and because my family and my sisters friend have used 1040 for over 20 years our contact information is already held by Ms. [redacted] in past years' returns. 413  in addition my sister [redacted] received a reply from [redacted] on the status of our taxes on 414 and she responded and I am quoting hi [redacted] yes they are finished up them 9:30 p.m. and my sister  texted her back  and asked her if  we should pick them up at her home or office  and did not receive a response. My sister's text did include her name and contact information of a phone number.

had a rough start to my year, I lost my mom 10/25/16 to cancer, my home flooded 11/25/16 and we lost everything, the landlord in Stockton raised my rent 350.00 so I decided to leave Stockton. a guy from church rented me office space  to what I can afford. there is just me. one person trying to...

please and satisfy all clients.feb started the season and my new office had issues with the internet,march 28,2017 I received a letter stating we lost the ability to file due to my boss, failure to pay his taxes under a mental condition. there for I had to go back and refile everyone.I had to go get fingerprinted, pass a back ground check  which took over 45 days.
