Review: Poor business practices involving intimidation, unsafe handling of personal property non respect for customers and clear tentative to cause customer to have vehicle accident.I am a loyal customer of Wash and fill car wash and widely know by the personnel. This being said , when I went to have a car wash I am comfortable leaving the car keys with the personnel until they get the job done. On 08/**/2015 the last time I went there,after paying for the wash, the personnel of the said car wash refused to relinquish my car keys because I did not give a tip. I had to resort to utilize my phone to remotely start the car, open the doors and access the car. That was only then they would bring the key out to me. Furthermore, one employee a [redacted] guy slammed the passenger door because he did nor receive a tip.To make matters worse,as I was pulling back out of stationary position, the same [redacted] guy drove another car precipitously behind my car and stopped it suddenly as if to stage an accident. I stopped on time and I am certain I did not touch the front bumper of the other car. But, despite all visual inspections and logic trying to prove and rule out that my car did not touch the front bumper of the other car. Three people (2) Two, seemingly working for Wash and Fill and the third one supposedly the owner of car join together using intimidation and scare tactics to force to pay forty dollars ($ 40) for an imaginary scratch on a bumper.Desired Settlement: I am claiming a refund. And I am attracting the attention of the general manager of this Business on the fact to that his personnel needs a formation in customer service, every three months or at least twice a year.
