Shipping was paid by me when I placed th order, it was $6.99 shipping. The items that I thought could fit because they were my size didnt fit, there was no return shipment prepaid label in the box. I had to pay $17.38 to ship items back which was more than the shipment was when I received the item. UPS ground was the only cheapest way to send items back, if I had sent it USPS I would have paid $29 which is more than the items along with shipment. I did receive $17, refund for the items, but I want my money back for what I paid UPS to send the package back, I do have the receipt of what I paid to ship item back....

Review: I love this store and hate to even do this but the customer service rep said she could not help me. ordered two pair of shorts both exactly alike except for the color. Ordered them both under size Large. When I got them one pair was a Large and fit fine. The other was labled a Large but was actually a small or medium. S o the shorts had a defect and were not labeled correctly. I contacted customer service but the will not cover the shipping to send them back. don't think I should be liable to cover shipping on a defected product. I did not order the wrong size but it was actually mislabeled. The time I pay shipping cost to deliver to them and reorder mine I should just give them away for free.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to at least cover the costs to send back these mislabeled shorts.

Review: I have been purchasing clothing from 10dollarmall.com for well over a year. I started having trouble purchasing clothes late last year when every transaction said "riskified - hold" on it. I would consistently get the run around from 10dollarmall.com that I needed to contact riskified and they are the ones that put the hold on it. I was finally about to get ahold of riskified and they told me that I had a chargeback on my card for about 56 dollars in September. That is absolutel untrue however that was preventing me from making purchases with 10dollarmall. I called 10dollarmall and asked if I could just pay the damn 56 dollars and have then contact riskified to have this untrue and ridiculous hold removed (this hold from riskified is barring me from shopping on more than just this website). I spoke to the manager who stated that it shouldnt be a problem to just pay the chargeback amount. She said she would contact the accountant and call me back within an hour. THAT NEVER HAPPENED and that was 3 weeks ago! Riskified can not allow my purchases to go through until 10dollar mall contacts them directly. I need 10dollarmall to ave some better customer service and follow through on allowing me to pay a chargeback that I NEVER EVEN DID!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like for 10dollarmall to let me pay the 56.00 chargeback AND then have them contact riskified so that I can make these purchases. I shouldn't even have to pay for a chargeback that my bank has given me proof I did not do! However, I am willing to do it just so I can continue to purchase from one of my favorite stores. However 10dollarmall doesn't seem to care about their loyal customers.

In our phone conversation I informed you that I would contact our corporate office to see if they would approve a payment from you for the chargeback that you had previously filed for because I believe you said that your card was lost or stolen. I called you back to the phone number you provided me with ending in [redacted] twice and there was static then a disconnect beep. You are unable to pay us for the chargeback that you have filed in order to be able to process an order you will need to contact your bank and have them retract your chargeback and pay through them.

Review: On Tuesday 12/2/2014 I went into Brands Over Stock and purchased a few clothing items. During my check out, I asked the clerk if I could bring any items that didnt fit and return them. The clerk informed me that items could be returned as long as they were returned within 15 days of purchase. Today is Thursday 12/4/2014, I walked in with only the items that didnt fit and wanted to return. The manager by the name of [redacted] was rude when telling me that he couldnt take a return I would have to shop for an exchange only. I informed me that his employee who helped me with my purchase that a return of merchandise would be done as long as it was done within the 15 days of purchase. He told me that was not the policy and that I can only do an exchange. I suggested that he needs to inform all his employees of this policy if that was the case because they are misleading customers and giving them wrong information. I told him I would not take an exchange as that is not what I was promised. I asked him for his name and advised him of my reporting him and the store due to his negligence, rudeness and misleading information.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund that I was promised.

Review: I have no idea if they only have one employee but it seems every time I call I speak with the same girl that seems to have no idea what is going on. I placed an order on 10/04/13 and I got an order number [redacted]. My order was supposed to have arrived 10/11/13 and I get home to find a sticker at my door saying my delivery was left at my door, mind you I live in an apt complex no fences or anything. I have had deliveries from this same business shipped to me before on numerous occasions and they were always delivered to the office. I immediately called 10 dollar mall and left a message when no one answered the phone, I tried during the weekend as well but they were not open. I got a call back on Monday ,it was a lady on the phone and I was told , "they will look into it and open a case and get back to me as soon as they find out what was happening and I should expect a call back within the week". This was on 10/14/13, needless to say no one contacted me back, there was no email sent to me saying I had a problem or what steps were being taken to correct the situation. I got tired of waiting and called on 10/18/13 during business hours, there was no answer, I was on the line for close to 15 mins before eventually the line got disconnect. I again called on 10/21/13 and I could swear it was the same person I spoke with before she had no idea what I was talking about and apparently had to put me on hold for an unholy amount of time before coming back to feed me some BS about how, "we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages you need to address that with FedEx". Excuse me, but this wasn't what I was told when I called initially, I have no business with FedEx I gave my money, all $253.36 to you not FedEx, why do I have to be the one to call FedEx? Your company sent the package through FedEx shouldn't you be the one to find out what happened there and why they did not fulfill their end of the transaction. She got all flustered put me on hold again and came back with there was nothing she could do, she would not connect me to a manager and after giving her as much [redacted] as I could I told her to send me an email that shows I filed a complaint and I was pursuing this. The email was very upsetting very brief , a FedEx case number, the priority was normal and the status said "closed". Apparently I did not give her enough [redacted] since she didn't get her brain right and sent this nonsense to me. Not sure how this works with FedEx but they could not help me even after I gave them the case # [redacted].Desired Settlement: Trace the package, don't trace it I honestly don't care. I will not be calling FedEx, I simply want services I paid for provided or my money refunded.

I discovered this site through an affiliate site, inboxdollars.com. I received my order in a timely manner via standard $6.50 shipping. They even included a free sample. Review: I sent back items to this company and still have not received payment back to my credit card. Company has not reached out to me via e-mail or telephone. Telephone # works, when you hold, it kicks you off the line after waiting for over 20 minutes. E-mail is received by company but no response is sent.Desired Settlement: Refund of items returned and contact from company.

Was disturbed to see them state that by signing in with FB credentials, they then have access to your friends list (what for??) as well as your pictures? I am a photographer, no way am I giving them free access to my work unless they want to buy them.

I would like to report this as invasive (not to mention sneaky) - and note that they do not give themselves access to your "Likes" which would make more sense if they were trying to get a better fit to your wants.

Review: I ordered from the site, in hopes of receiving my items purchased. I have not. I have been in contact with their representatives, however we cannot come to a solution that is agreeable by both sides. I was told I would have to repay for shipping, due to their incapacity to deliver the items. I believe the seller is wrong to ask for repayment of shipping charges, as the package has not been delivered in the first place. We have received Ms, [redacted]'s complaint and conducted a full review of her order Ms. [redacted] placed her order on 1/31/2014 we shipped Ms. [redacted] order out on 2/3/2014 and after she received her order confirmation with the tracking number she called us to notify us that she had entered the wrong address. We updated her address in our system from [redacted] W **th Place Chicago, IL [redacted] to [redacted] W **rd Place Chicago, IL [redacted] and informed her that once we received her order back we would reship it with her updated address. [redacted] emailed us on 3/1/2014 asking for a refund on shipping because her order was late. We informed her that the reason the order ws delayed was because of the error in the address and we have to wait to receive the package to reship it. Her order was reshipped 3/5/2014 there was an error in the address again and we had to wait to receive her package again. We received her order on 3/14/2014 and offered to reship it again but it would have to be at her cost. Ms. [redacted] declined so we refunded her order minus the cost of shipping because the order went over 90 days the return failed. Ms. [redacted] was notified that we will issue the refund for the items in her order either through check or a store credit. We have had no response.

Your order was placed on 1/22/2014 and was received in 7 business days. Although in our shipping policy it states that we are not responsible for stolen packages we still offer customers a store credit if there package shows delivered and the customer states it wasn't delivered.
