Review: This fitness club went out of business in August, 2014. The owner advised that those who paid the yearly membership up front in January for the entire year would receive a refund of monies owed for months to the end of the year after the business closed. In a letter, the owner said he would make every effort to refund this money by the end of September; even if it meant he had to take out a line of credit to do so.Desired Settlement: Because I was a member who paid for the entire year in January, 2014, I am due a refund of $119.80 to make me whole for the money I paid for the year to use this facility that closed in August, 2014.
