We were sold a car with multiple problems by this used car dealer. Multiple problems with the car included a broken motor mount, a washer fluid system that didn't work, a damaged door lock, a ventilation system that did not properly defrost, and a non-functioning air conditioning system. After two returns for repairs where many of the problems were not properly fixed, we asked for a refund. The dealer refused and then tried to walk away from the problem, forcing us to file paperwork with the State of Massachusetts for binding arbitration, which eventually found in our favor. The dealer was forced by the State to refund our money. This process took 6 months from the time we purchased the vehicle until the time we received our refund. During this time, the dealer hung up on us several times and refused to take our calls. He was a very immature person to deal with.

It was also discovered during this process that he was selling cars without a bond, which is illegal in Mass. He was forced by the Town of Leominster to immediately acquire the proper $25,000 bond once they were made aware that he was selling cars without the proper bonding. The above experience with this dealer can be verified through the agencies we dealt with. In summary, our experience, which can be verified by the above, is that this dealer cares very little about maintaining reputable business standards as evidenced by: 1. Selling cars without the proper bonding; 2. Selling a car with multiple problems and neither fixing the problems nor providing a refund, and; 3. Ultimately being forced into arbitration where the State of Massachusetts decided that he must take back the vehicle due to its many problems and provide a refund of the full sales price along with all registration fees.
