knowledge because of a lapse in communication and misunderstanding. After speaking with me, [redacted] graciously allowed us to reverse the damage that was done on the scarf. Upon, inspection, should she dislike the result still for any reason, we were to reimburse her completely for the cost of the scarf. Today, [redacted] met with us to pick up the scarf again. As there was no more damage on the scarf, she took back her scarf. However, if there are any problems in the future at any time, we told her to bring it back and we would gladly resolve the issue in whatever way she would like. We offer our sincerest apologies to [redacted] for her f rustration and inconvenience over a mistake that could have simply been resolved sooner and simpler. We have taken measures with our employees so that such instances do not happen again. We are an honest company and are always willing to make reparations for any mistakes. We take every customer's satisfaction very seriously, whether they be our regular customers or one time customers, and work hard to make our customer's happy. I am relieved we were able to restore her scarf and resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Review: Hello,A couple of weeks ago I had to use dry cleaning services of 11 Madison Cleaners ([redacted]) as I spilled yogurt over my cashmere scarf and wanted to drop it at dry cleaners right away while stains were fresh. At that I was very explicit with the woman at the front that if they could not take care of that just to leave it and would take it to another dry cleaners that I usually use. When I picked up the scarf a few days later I saw that the scarf was irreparably damaged (~25% of the surface). The nature of the damage was not stains or reaction of chemicals to stains (which I would not have any complaints about) the nature of the stains was physical, it was very obvious that someone took a rough brush and rubbed the scarf hard, as a result, severely damaged fabric. I have consulted with a couple of dry cleaners afterwards and all of them told me that the process applied to cleaning my scarf was wrong and the damage is obviously from rubbing hard which is the sign of complete unprofessionalism on the part of 11 Madison Cleaners ([redacted]) and/or an attempt to save on gentle cleaners. The scarf cost ~$600. I tried to resolve the issue with dry cleaners in a civil way with both the woman at the front and the owner (which also owns [redacted] at [redacted]) but all they did is yell at me. Thank youDesired Settlement: The scarf cost ~$600 (as it is large and 100% cashmere) and it will cost me about the same to replace it. I believe $600 reimbursement + cost of dry cleaning services of $7 (which 11 Madison Cleaners received from me) is a fair compensation for damage done by 11 Madison Cleaners to me.
