220v 50hz.The item ordered was shipped out (THG-10000) as such it is correct. Customer ordered something that will not work for his needs. They are responsible for shipping charges and there is a 15% restocking fee

1 Model mismatch no so such thing the last letters are note listed on our product code since they do not matter. referees to country...

of origin. Still same item, same version, same model.
2. Broken Part is not the case since it was a brand new unit manufacture packed and sealed. shows no damage during shipping. Looks like during installation someone screwed it incorrectly of over tightened it
3. Corrupt thread proves it was installation error since there is no other way this can happen. However the unit comes with a one year manufactures warranty, we would suggest calling the manufacture for repair or replacement of part.
As they say and our policy stats "You broke it you bought it"

I ordered the subject disposal for installation in June, based upon research the identified Oversea Best Buy as a reputable and fair-minded resource.
Because the disposal to be carried to Israel for installation, I had it delivered to my cousin, [redacted] who was visiting in Las Vegas. Upon opening the box - at the hotel - and inspecting the disposal, [redacted] noted that the Model order was a mismatch, supposed to be GF*7**F instead of delivery of item GF[redacted]S, also threads required for mounting the disposal itself to the sink fitting were malformed and the sink fitting would not be able to be mounted properly.
We called your Customer Service department, reported the defect, and returned the disposal as instructed. We then received notice that the return and replacement was to be denied as the damage "occurred during installation." To be blunt, the rejection of our return ignores both the circumstances of the inspection and the information provided. As you can see from the pictures, the disposal was being inspected in a hotel room and the installation had not been started (note that removal of the knock-out plug would precede mounting the device to the sink / drain stop).
Under the circumstances, I ask that your rejection of return and refund be withdrawn and the purchase price of $212.86 be promptly returned to me.

I am rejecting this response because: They sent me a damaged product. knowing that it was being sent out of the country I feel they dumped damaged goods knowing my response would be after the 30 day policy. Not a good way to get rid of this product. No matter I have social media recourse with them. [redacted] is now involved and they carry a bigger stick than me.
