117-121 Realty

I have been a tenant at the 117 property since May 2015. Since then my roommate and I have had nothing but problems with the management company. The Super's they hire are inattentive, flakey, and will not return phone calls. The 2nd and 3rd floors are infested with bedbugs inside the walls and apartments and the management company has known about this for some time according to my neighbors who have lived there for 10+ years. When I reported that my apartment had bed bugs, the management company took 11 days to get an exterminator to me. I asked them if they could use a different exterminator so that we could make the appointment sooner, and they refused. I have been sleeping in my car for 2 weeks because of this. They refuse to organize it so that all of the apartments are exterminated at the same time. I have asked them to release my from my lease and they refuse. I would recommend staying away from these people and these buildings.
