Review: I retired from my job in Jan, 2014 and applied for pension benefits in Feb 2014. I was told it was a 90 day process. I have yet to receive a pension check, despite multiple phone calls. I returned all required forms promptly and correctly. I have 2 other pensions and have been receiving checks from them for 3 months now. I feel that there is no continuity or concern for my need to receive my earned pension,nor can I get the same information twice. The turnaround time on requests is ridiculously long. I have not been able to speak to a [redacted] or [redacted]. The latest information I received this morning, July [redacted], is that my request has been put on hold.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my back payments that are owed from March till now, and to have regular monthly payments begin
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
Review: I gave birth on July **, 2014. On July **, 2014 I received [redacted]rom a Dr. that was not covered by my plan but was contracted by the hospital. My insurance at the time did cover the hospital. I was not given a choice of Doctors nor were any others available to me. When I submitted the bill I had got in the mail from American [redacted] in the amount of 4500.00 I was told that the bill would be covered due to the fact that I did not have a choice of doctors. This was back in July, and presently I am still receiving bills in the mail and the last one which showed up today was the final notice. I have been in contact with 1199 seiu national benefit fund and have continuously been asked to submit and resubmit additional information which I was told was needed in order to get my claim processed. I have handed over all information, sometimes more than once, and have not seemed to get any resolution as I feel nothing is being done on there end. Again, I have been told from day one that the bill will be paid due to the fact that there were no others options for doctors at the time. thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like my insurance company to pay for the only bill they have not payed for. 4500.00 to American [redacted] for services on July **, 2014
Review: I went to get a glasses and they told me my insurance denied the claim. I came home called them and they told me that my insurance has been cancelled because I am not working at my job which is not true because I have all my stubs showing that they are taking money out my checks and I am still at my job. They told me to get a letter from my job which I did and I called and told them I got the letter now theyre telling thats not the reason why they cancelled my insurance and so I told them to tell me why and send me a letter he said he cant do that. So I told him that ill fax the note I recieved from my workplace he said dont do it its not necessary. so now im stuck between a rock and a hard place because I dont know where to go from here because I am [redacted] and I ran out medicine and I need to go to the doctor to get my medicine. please help.Desired Settlement: I would like them to give me back my insurance since they are still taking money out of my paycheck for it.
