I had no problem refunding money to *** I had thought that her refund was in process but realized that her membership had been cancelled before we could place a refund In spite of this, [redacted] signed a contract at my gym that states that the fees are non-refundable ***'s recent verbal abuse and name calling has had me have a change of heart on her refund [redacted] will not receive a refund from 11athletics [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The owner was always unwilling to help me. I called him back with great intention to just get helpEven was willing to call what ever company to see if I could resolve it myself
However, his abuse of me being rude was two sided. His position is OK, however he has to take responsibility for his side of it to. He was being rude, mean to me, like I was wrong for calling and checking into a refund that he gave his word on
Now he is saying no because he can't see the part he played was wrong. He could of been more friendly, and said I will check into for you, and call you back, instead he blew me off, treated me like I didn't matter, when I called trying to just follow up
I know at this point I am not getting a refund, but I think as a business it's wrong, and his behavior towards me from the beginning was wrong, and if him as a man and a business owner is not willing to take responsibility for that, and upsetting me by being rude and not even willing to help, and call me back if he was in the middle of something, instead of treating me like I was in his place of business causing problems for him then so be it. However, it will come backWhat goes around comes around, and nothing successful will come from the treatment of someone that has never done anything wrong to him, or his business
