11th Hour Towing and Recovery

Attached please find the police report filed at the time of incident by our agents/St cloud PD against Mr***.Note, outside of the damage noted to our towtruck, as caused by Mr***, there was no additional damages to property or vehicles, as Mr*** has stated - as is confirmed in the police report.We are in the process of obtaining dash-cam coverage from the St Cloud PD and will forward that, accordingly

We did in fact repossess this vehicle. We were aware of the "complaints" this customer made in the past as well as his request for a cease and desist of communication. We had this assignment given to us November the 9th of 2015. Not once in this time did we make any contact with the customer. For 10...

months he kept the vehicle blocked in by a blue Dodge Neon. When on Saturday September 24th of 2016 one of my drivers noticed that the vehicle was no longer blocked in we began the process of repossessing it. In a normal situation we would have just picked the vehicle up with a tow truck and left. However because of the history of violence with this particular customer my employee called in another employee as a witness. We also contacted law enforcement as a precaution previous to the repossession. At the time where the tow truck arrived 2 of my employees and 2 officers from the St Cloud Police Department were present. The vehicle was hooked up to the tow truck and my employee was attempting to leave when the customer emerged from the home, jumped into his vehicle and violently attempted to drive it off the lift. He threatened my employee and the police with violence. He did a significant amount of damage to one of my tow trucks in his attempt to drive his vehicle off the tow truck. No damage was caused to any of the customers property by my employees. Because of his threats of violence, there were 7 police officers present before the ordeal was over. He WAS shown the order of repossession and offered the opportunity to retrieve personal property from the vehicle. I am attaching the damage done to my vehicle by the customer

I am rejecting this response because: First of all there was never seven police officers present and we have never delt with or met any representative of this company in the past. Given that I'll send over pic of damage to our property and scratches to our car felt by the truck as well video from multiple witnesses of the intire incident. The video will be sent at a later date within the realm of the 10 day window We will be seeking a court order for damage to the property in a civil court order making them pay for the damage that they caused. Second as we're still were never presented with any sort of order of repossession by the driver, company, or police. And finally as for the damages I'm sure the company also failed to mention that there was a minor present in the towing vehicle or how the vehicle operator failed to mention they incorrectly hooked up the vehicle before attempting to tow the vehicle resulting in the damage to thier vehicle I have several eye witnesses for this incident as well. So as previous stated if I don't reseive a scanned copy of the document of repossession that is signed and dated I will take this further and to a higher authority if nessicary
