canceling the insurance and  that we should pick it up, a voluntary repossession. Shortly after the customer called us with this news, a female called and claimed she was in possession of the vehicle and she had the desire to keep the vehicle and take over the notes. Being that this woman was in no way a part of the original purchase of the vehicle and had at no time even applied to purchase this or any other vehicle from us, we addressed her as a potential new customer and required her to come into the store with the vehicle as well as all the paperwork in which we require a potential new buyer to bring with them, as a completely new contract would have to be drawn up on the vehicle and the sale treated as a new sale. Unfortunately she did not meet the underwriting criteria needed to be able to purchase the vehicle herself. She was extremely disappointed by our decision and made quit a scene in rebuttal to our decision. 11th Street Motors prides itself in insuring a customers success to make their payments, by making sure their notes do not exceed 25% of their monthly income. The proof of income this customer provided did to meet this standard and she also had only been at her current job less than a week, a much shorter time frame than we typically require a customer to be at a job. As for the tablet that was supposedly left in the vehicle. The customer was given the opportunity to remove all her personal items from the vehicle, which she did and when the vehicle was inspected for restock into our inventory, nothing was found to be left behind.
