I have 2 alternatives here.1. We will keep the money for the warranty and I will honor the warranty in house based on the other terms of the contract minus the "modification" clause. This is to say, if something happens during the 2 year period that would have been covered under the warranty, we will cover it internally.2. It was not purchased as is. They sold me a 1730$ 2 yr warrant or 24000 mile. They sold it illegal leaving me with no warranty at all and a broke truck I deserve that money back I put 5000 down. The warranty even says in small print of vehicle modified the warranty is no good. They knew this and gave it to me anyway they only paid half because they knew I had contacted yall and told them id get a lawyer. And far as I know they still haven't even paid there half to the mechanic yet

This truck was purchases AS-IS We did pay half of the repair and the issue has been fixed.*** ***
